フィードバックを提供するMy daughter went to this store to buy a cup of Frappuccino while I was shopping next door. She patiently waited for over 20 minutes and even asked the staff about her order, only to be told to keep waiting. It wasn't until I personally approached the staff to inquire about the delay that they admitted to forgetting my daughter's order.As a parent, it deeply saddens me that my young daughter had to go through such an ordeal while attempting to purchase a simple beverage. Waiting for more than 20 minutes, without being offered any explanation or apology, is both unacceptable and unprofessional.This Starbucks really needs to train their staff on customer service.
I ordered an oat milk matcha latte this morning and also asked them to make sure the matcha didn 't have dairy products, the gals were really nice! But later I started feeling really sick and almost got sick in my car. I called them to asked if there could of been a mistake on my order because I got so sick. The woman on the phone was rude asking me what 's my question? After I told her how sick I felt after drinking the matcha. She didn 't give me comfort or any condolence. I thought maybe they 'd say they could have made a mistake and apologize, maybe offer me another matcha but nothing and just made me feel like an idiot for calling. This is why I try to only support small family owned coffee shops. Thumbs downnn!
I have been a Gold Star member since 2009 and I have been to this Starbs location multiple times. So this is not a one-and-done review. Their drive thru lines and processes seem to work fine. It is when customers come inside where the breakdown happens. For example, today with the rain, I anticipated this location to be busy. It actually was not that packed inside. However, tables and the floor were dirty. I ordered a Venti Medicine Ball and went to wipe down my table as I waited. And waited. And waited. There was only one person who ordered ahead and the drive thru line was slow. The three employees who were working did not seem to know what one another were doing. I finally went to the counter and waited to be recognized for over five minutes. When I was finally able to speak with a barista, I was told they did not have any lemonade made. FIFTEEN minutes after I placed my order, I received my tea with a, sorry. Usually if something like this happens, a complimentary drink card is given. Not this time. My recommendation would be, to go through the drive thru and get your caffeine in a timely manner.
The remodel looks great but they haven't signed the tags on their fire extinguishers since they replaced them in
No starbucks here. There's a bagel shop and a chocolate starfish coffee place. Ewww
