Shrimp On The Go! - Foley

I've been buying my shrimps there since the opening. Always wonderful. But... while our frids visited the holidays, they bought several pounds of shrimp. I received this message from them: When I looked out the shrimp this morning, I had 13 1/2 pounds. Paid for 15. The shrimps were still frozen so that I did not loosen the water weight they should allow.

Bought royal red shrimp and fresh oysters, took them home to prepare. The oysters were plump and delicious. The shrimp was frozen, but cooked up great, tender and tasty, not mushy like farmed ones.
