The place has the strangest setup I've ever seen, kind of like it was modified into a street vendor setup, but I'm not complaining. Just keep in mind that because this place is so weird, and it's owned by a Chinese family in Alabama, the reviews are going to be lower than the quality of the place itself. Highly recommend.
The prices increase what is particularly understandable due to the economy, but it doesn't bother me too much because the food I always order is always delicious and I have been there for 5 years without problems so if you can afford it I definitely recommend.
Everything was fantastic! I didn't request any soy sauce, forks, napkins, or hot mustard, and they don't include those items unless you ask for them, so keep that in mind. Aside from the condiments, I would rate my experience a 9 out of 10.
A hidden gem in the newly renovated Piggly Wiggly Mall! Don’t let the worn-out menu card deter you. The Honey Chicken is an absolute must-try. While their recipes differ from the restaurants we frequent back in New York, there's still a wide range of delicious flavors to enjoy. The baked dumplings are particularly noteworthy, boasting a savory sausage filling accompanied by a salty yet delightful dipping sauce that will tantalize your taste buds. Although many dishes come with white rice, fried rice is available upon request. The Lo Mein could use a bit more variety in the vegetables, but it’s packed with flavor. We were also impressed by the number of snowbirds dining at the restaurant while we waited for our food; we spotted several couples from the West.
Dining here is always a fantastic experience and definitely worth the price. However, communication with the owners can be a bit challenging, particularly with the young lady (teenager) who is working there.
