The Portuguese sauce had the right flavor, but the chicken tasted canned—its pinkish hue suggested it had been brined and it fell apart in shreds. Unfortunately, both the fish and beef dishes were overly salty. They could have been enjoyable if the sauce hadn’t left me feeling so thirsty afterward. Lastly, the congee was disappointing; the taste indicated that the meat and bones used were spoiled. I doubt I'll return to this restaurant and wouldn't recommend these particular dishes.
Hong Kong style tea is my favorite. Fried noodles have flavor and crisp taste.
This place serving foods brought back my childhood memories of 茶餐廳 feel. Must visit when I stop by Queens again.
