Firehouse Subs Flowood

1st time being here. We were uncertain of what to choose, but everything was perfect.

When I entered , the female worker girl with the glasses just looked at me, no one greeted me. I stood at pick up order section, again just looked at me. The girl had a mean demeanor. When I asked for my sub, she snarkly grabs it ..hands it to the cashier to give to me..definitely didn't feel welcome. I went there to get my guy the new meatball sub, who goes there faithfully..wasn't impressed. Customer service is big for me

Best kids grilled cheese sandwich. Staff is very nice. Place is very clean. Prompt service with great attitude. Kudos to management.

Was a lil dirty looking and old. Needs some deep cleaning and updating. The food was fire ? as usual. I don't really eat here too often but when I do want a sandwich it's gonna be Firehouse ?Vegetarian options: Sandwiches without meatParking: More then one shop over there so parking might not be convenient to the location of the sub shopKid-friendliness: Enough for a picky eater.

You have to try their potato soup along with the garlic bread... OMG!!!! My son I enjoy it at least once a week along with the Hook Ladder... Everything is fresh made to order. Hands down 10 out of 10....
