Wendy's - Flower Mound

This will be my last visit to this restaurant. I understand that they might get busy, but that wasn't the case during my time there. Everything I tried tasted like it had been sitting out for at least two days. The fries seemed to have been drenched in salt—if that was intentional, they definitely need better management. To make matters worse, they've raised their prices as well. It's really disappointing. The health department should consider an unannounced inspection. I will also be disputing the charge on my card, as I paid for a meal that I couldn't even eat.

I just got home with my 4 for 4 meal and opened my burger only to find a HUGE bite taken out of it. I'm truly appalled and disgusted by this experience. I've never encountered anything like this with fast food before. Why would anyone serve something like this to a customer?!

I've visited this Wendy's twice in the last week, and both times have been disappointing. The first time, I ordered spicy nuggets but received the regular ones instead. I spoke to the manager about it, and she promised to bring me the correct nuggets, but they never arrived. Today, I used the drive-thru to order spicy nuggets, a junior bacon cheeseburger, and a large fry. Unfortunately, my entire order was wrong again—I got a chicken sandwich, non-spicy nuggets, and medium fries. Ironically, the same lady, who is the manager, took my order once more. I don't think I will be coming back to this location again.

Wonder why yall aren't busy..it's cuz she just listening and watching her phone..yall will shut down soon..I ordered food and she did nothing for me this morning..

Got all 3 sandwich orders in correct and lied about having grilled chicken popper salad as it was fried upon reaching home. This is not the first time they have gotten orders incorrect but the staff lacked due diligence on ensuring validity when confronted on false delivery.
