Rosati's Pizza - Flower Mound

My daughter and her family ordered a pizza to be picked up last weekend and when they got there, was told the credit card machine was not working and they are only taking cash. My son-in-law went to the car but only had $20 cash. The employee checked with the owner but was told they would not accept $20 for the pizza since it was around $29. I couldn't believe it when they told us this situation. They weren't informed they would need to cash when they ordered the pizza and normally pay by credit card. It was not their fault the credit card machine was down. If the management had accepted the $20 for the pizza due to the situation, they would have a customer for life. Now Rosati's has lost two customers because we will not be back either if this is the way customers are treated.

We moved here over a year ago, and kept saying we should try Rosati's. We have now had their thin crust 3 times. Every time it has been amazing! Definitely our favorite!

The pizza from Rosati’s is our favorite in Flower Mound. The pie we got the other night was the best ever. It was still very fresh and piping hot when we got it home. Absolutely first rate.

Ordered a pepperoni deep dish pizza. Got no pepperoni. Furthermore, mostly doughy crust. Not enough cheese or sauce. Looked forward to this deep dish, but ended up disappointed. Only positives was easy online order experience.

Originally I am from Chicago so it is nice to have a great place like this were the consistency came with to Texas. They have great pizza and awesome staff I would recommend this place for someone that wants some good Chicago style pizza!
