Dunkin' - Flower Mound

Be careful at this point. Donuts bought Saturday morning and the old fashion donuts were stale. In any case, on Saturday was not baked and stiff/stale. Hopefully, this review will help others in the future, not stale donuts on Saturday morning. I assume that this is not normal because this is the first time that this has happened after many visits; but it has been a while since we visited this place. More reason to stay with local donut shops that keep it fresh!

I was only twice (not usually go to donut chains), but this last time was Thanksgiving morning. The guy who took my order had a really friendly and welcoming demeanor. It did my day! My breakfast sandwich was a simple egg/bacon/cheese bagel, but it was fresh and perfect. Cold brew coffee was delicious! They all worked a holiday morning and I appreciated that! The time before was also pleasant, no complaints! I will return.

I ordered Coffee and it's literally at room temperature and the coffee feels more like water as it lacks the coffee power or the strongness. Generally DD is consistent across the locations. But this is the first time I experienced this. On the other side, store is nice.

This is one of the worst Dunkin's you can go to. I've been here 4-5 times and every time I am disappointed. The quality is way below the typical Dunkin' I go to. Ice coffee is more like ice water with cream and sugar. I'd highly recommend driving further to a different one if you are really craving Dunkin'. Won't be giving them another chance.

Management is so nice, I absolutely love the employees here, they're always so respectful and honest. Very hard working people.
