Crumbl Flower Mound

We love Crumble! It’s always a joy to walk in and have people greet you and have your order ready.

I love Crumbl but this location is absolutely filthy (the filthiest eating establishment I have ever seen). There are leaves coating the ground through the store. Dirt, crumbs and all sorts of gross stuff accumulating on the floors and against the walls and counter. Crumbs on the ordering counter. My boxes were handed to me with icing and other gooey stuff smeared all over the outside. I am honestly shocked.

Been here a few times and all has been well and good. This time however, we got some type of food poisoning that was followed up by multiple rounds of explosive diarrhea. We know it was here at crumbl because my wife and I were the only ones to eat crumbl after dinner and were the only ones effected out of 5 people early this morning. We ate nothing else expect the cookies after dinner. Now we have to throw away 4 cookies that were partially eaten because we aren't entirely sure which or a combination of which cookies they were.

It was disappointing that I ordered cookies 2 days ago to be delivered from this location to my daughter-in-law today for her birthday. At delivery time I got a call that the delivery address was out of the 5 mile delivery radius. The store said that they don’t know why the website accepted the order and refunded my money. That’s great but it was too late to come up with an alternate plan.
