Showed up at 9:10 on a Friday and they were closed. Their sign and maps listing clearly say 9:30. There were two employees inside, they ignored me.

I followed the instructions and my food arrived nicely chilled. The custard at this restaurant is incredibly creamy! I highly recommend it.

The cherry and cotton candy water ice was very disappointing - it was hard, as if it had been sitting in the freezer for months.

I am missing items.
