Smoothie King - Florissant

Waited for my lunch break for 30 minutes and there was only one car in front of me that had not even wanted her order. as long as it took. I usually go to hampton near my house in 10 minutes. only for a smoothie, unacceptable.

Everytime i come to this location the employees NEVER greet or acknowledge you. The employee didn't even tell me my order was ready. Poor customer service, DO BETTER!

I arrived at 8:45 pm. The hours on the front door clearly stated that smoothie king was open until 9 pm, but the girls working the counter must have missed the message. The door was locked and two employees stood there looking at me like I was crazy for trying to buy a smoothie at 8:45 pm

Pulled up to order it was some workers outside laughing and playing. It took 5 min for someone to take my order. I ordered chocolate covered almonds along with other smoothies. Got to the window, they lady took my money and never told me they didn't have the almonds until She gave me the smoothies. My smoothie was good tho, it's just blows me tho that they don't wear hair nets.

Store closed early when their sign still said open and the employees were still in there making themselves smoothies, cause they sure did not have any customers around anywhere.
