Brickhouse Pizza - Florissant

Was in the St. Louis area on business. Heard that St Louis area Pizza was a hit...Tried Brickhouse Pizza Company from its reviews. Gave it a shot. Ordered out and set it up for pickup (wanted to chill enjoy the night). Have to say, I have eaten pizza over most of the USA. Wasn't that impressed. The hype was more that the actual taste flavor. Just reaffirms that Chicago Style Pizza whether thick, pan or tavern style... still makes the best Pizza around. Next time in St Louis...Sticking to BBQ! Cheers Mangia!

Pizza was good. We ordered ahead for a specific time; pizza was ready.

Horrible customer service! I wanted to support a local business so I decided to call to place an order, as I was placing the order the guy asked was it a prank call. I’m not from the area so my number has a different area code. After assuming the call was a prank he put me on hold for extended amount of time. Finally, he came back to the phone after figuring out it wasn’t a prank call. However, I was over it at this point. He didn’t even apologize he jusd pretended as if he wasn’t rude. I will not support this business. I went to another local pizza place. I suggest you do the same.

Staying in a local hotel. Ordered for delivery. Pizza arrived burned, breadsticks missing marinara but biggest complaint...pizza wasn't sliced. No way to accomplish that from a hotel room. We've ordered before when padding through. Very disappointed
