The service at this restaurant is awful. I was unable to order using the machine because you need to input your Brazilian ID to purchase coffee. If you don't have one, you can't place an order. I tried to pay with cash, but after waiting for some time, they informed me that they didn't have change and didn't make an effort to find any. If this place prides itself on being a great place to buy from, they should also treat foreigners with kindness.
The location is pleasant, the staff is kind and friendly, but the music is extremely irritating. Please consider changing the music.
