The Pie Factory - Florence

My wife and I visited The Pie Factory for the first time a couple of years ago, and we quickly became regulars. Every pizza we've had there has been outstanding. The crust is thin across all their pizzas, so if that's not your preference, you might want to look elsewhere, but we absolutely love it. The pizzas are consistently fresh and tasty. I also highly recommend trying the s'mores dessert pizza!

A group of us dropped by The Pie Factory for a very late lunch, and we were in for a treat. Our waitress, Erika, was incredibly helpful and suggested we try the iceberg wedge salad and the Philly Phanatic pizza. The thin-crust Philly Phanatic pizza was absolutely heavenly—delicious and surprisingly nutritious! The wedge salad was just what we were looking for and was fantastic as well. Erika made sure our glasses were always full and quickly brought out our food. We're definitely planning to come back to sample more of their pizzas!

I visited the Pie Factory a couple of weeks ago on a trip to Tennessee, and I absolutely loved it! We ordered both the wings and a pizza, and they were fantastic. Our server was very friendly and accommodating, especially since it was our first time there. The atmosphere was great—it had a quirky vibe with lots of character. The staff were welcoming, and the food was truly exceptional. I'm usually not a big fan of wings, but these were outstanding, and I'm so glad I gave them a try. The pizza was phenomenal! It had a thin, crispy crust with the perfect amount of toppings. The experience was more than worth the trip, and I can't wait to return.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is fantastic! I make it a point to dine here at least once a week, if not more. The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend bringing out-of-town guests here to showcase the local cuisine.

Tonight's experience was disappointing. The food was soggy, and the so-called "roasted red peppers" were actually raw. They were also quite stingy with the pepperoni. I usually have a great time here, but tonight wasn't up to par.
