Red Lobster - Florence

After not visiting this establishment for the past 2 years, I must say the customer service and the food Has improved tremendously!!! Kendra, the young lady who completed my order, was very attentive, courteous, friendly, polite andknowledgeable about the entire menu. I was very impressed and definitely rate her a 10 on a scale of 1-10. She definitelyportrayed exemplary customer service! All with a smile!!! Hands down she is the best!!! Compliments to the chef who worked onthe evening of 10/30/2022.

Went at odd time so wasn't busy at all. Was just in time before lunch specials cut off. We had shrimp Alfredo and coconut shrimp. Both yummy! Our server was very nice and attentive. Would definitely go back if in area again.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Me and my family have been to many red lobsters but shay and her staff made this location stand above the rest. The wait staff was attentive, the food was great, and shay herself was extremely friendly and personable,my daughter absolutely adored her. If your in the area and are looking for a great dining experience you will not bedisappointed coming here 10/10 would recommend!

While traveling through we were looking for a place to grab something good and decided to go to an old classic! We were not disappointed…By far one of the best places to dine in Florence! The host staff was so pleasant and my waiter was pretty funny.The food was hot and the drinks were ice cold! The manger Petronia stopped by the table and put the icing on the cake. Whentraveling through Florence again we will definitely be back!

Waiter was good, but there was a FLY in my shrimp alfredo! I was not asked if I wanted any other item from the menu. The waiter assumed I wanted the same thing. I was ok until I realized that the manager named “Shay” if I remember correctly onlycharged me for half of the price. Horrible customer service! The meal should have been free I mean come on a FLY and you chargedhalf of it. Will NEVER be back!
