Really nice people and quick service when you only have 30 minutes for lunch.

I eat Penn Station about once a week.This location is by far the best. The employees are fast, courteous, and made the best club dub I’ve ever had.Zyleasha took care of my order and I’m very impressed. Not sure if she’s the manager, but she should be.I’ll be back for sure!

You 're NEVER felt welcomed there.The First response you receive is when you 're placing an ordering, and it 's, for here or to go .You 're never properly greeted with something along the lines like, hello, thank you for choosing Pen Station, how can we help/serve you today .Restaurant is kept fairly clean between rushes, and food is normally hot and tasty.Occasionally the staff is very immature/childish behavior, for they like to mock customers behind their backs.

Came here for the second night in a row and there I stood waiting and was just ignored while people that work here didn’t say hello or address me they kept their backs turned and just kept talking and cooking I was wondering why it felt so awkward an no directions. There’s young kids working here and they need more training on customer service and hospitality because the food is good
