Mcdonald's - Florence

My favorite is Quartier Flour, but the fries aren’t always served hot.

The staff were friendly, but I had to wait in my car for them to prepare my order. When I finally received my food, it was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.

I had an issue with my order. I politely requested a remake, but the staff member hung up on me and is not answering my calls. Additionally, the fries were cold and unappetizing. The ice cream machine was either broken or out of service, which was really disappointing.

Fries are always so cold. they always closed down at 11 o'clock, but when I arrived, they were closed at 10:30 just because they wanted to go. Rude staff, Rude manager.

Went thru the drive thruOrdered 2 Mc Double with the fries combos ,1 mc Dble 2 1$ soft drinks . When I got backTo my friend's house all that was in the bag was,3 Mc Dbles 1 reg fry and the too soft drinks ???
