フィードバックを提供するHorrible food. The popcorn chicken was way over cooked, the mashed potatoes tasted like chemicals and the cashier 's can 't even keep track of who 's order is who 's. They told us at the drive through $11 and some change but when we get to the window she says$16 and some change, then after fixing that error she says she can 't give a receipt because the machine was messed up, go tocall and complain and have my order fixed since I can 't get a refund because she didn 't give a receipt and get no answer. Triedto called back to back and got nothing. Just like every other fast food restaurant in Florence just horrible. Corporate has beennotified.
3/24/22 had fried chicken and popcorn chicken today. The quality of the food today was really not very good. We're not sure if they are not changing the oil out on a regular basis but it was really subpar. I will give them credit they still have a goodchicken pot pie.
I would give the cashier a zero for enthusiasm. The dining area was empty, yet none of the booths had been cleaned. The manager refused to honor a voucher book we had purchased for veterans' children, claiming that the other KFC wouldn't accept it and that we hadn't bought it locally. My companion's order was incorrect, but he ended up eating it anyway.
I always believed that I would enjoy good old KFC, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered two three-piece dinners, and one of them had only two pieces of chicken. The other had no flavor at all, and the skin was greasy and unappetizing. I think I won't be eating at KFC again, especially since my last visit resulted in burnt food. On the bright side, I will say the prices were reasonable.

After correcting this mistake, the employee said she couldn’t provide a receipt because the register was malfunctioning. I tried to call and complain, but I couldn't get a response. This place seems to be just like any other fast-food restaurant in Florence—disappointing and frustrating. What a letdown!
