Firehouse Subs - Florence

God bless you! Showed up unannounced with a bus load of 30+ hungry athletes. They handled it very well, serving us delicious sandwiches! Thank you, and my apologies for no heads up! 1 happy bus driver

Totally goofed and ordered online to the wrong location in Florence when we were traveling. The staff was very understanding and just made the order for me at their own store. Awesome evening crew at Firehouse! That’s how you do customer experience. Very much appreciate.

As expected, very tasty sandwiches, and very helpful and polite staff. My favorite is still the Firehouse Steak Cheese so tasty. Make sure to ask for the red Firehouse sauce. They refer to it as hot sauce, but it only has very mild heat, a little sweet, and very flavorful delicious!

I had an amazing experience at Firehouse for my first visit! The sandwiches were of excellent quality, and the staff was incredibly friendly. You'll definitely get your money's worth and won't be disappointed! :D
