There is a lot of fine ice in firenze. also the tourist sites have better than the average product. when selecting the best, the selection will therefore vary with taste. la sorbettiera has the best chocolate ice cream in firenze seconda me .in my opinion.)

Perfect temperature and excellent quality ingredients. they do not find the most common aromes such as vanilla or strawberry, but chocolate with blueberry, Tuscan cream, pistachios, ingwer. highly recommended!

Best gelato I had so far in italia. good that we are back twice. not lying. probably a third time will go back before I go. I loved the limousine salvia (lemon sage,) dark chocolate (I forget the Italian name,) and maracuja (passion fruit.)

The ice is delicious and the service is amazing. all their products are gluten-free. they also have a few lactose free aromes and if they were not sure if something contained nuts, they made a call to confirm.

The dark chocolate (75% has to be tasted to be believed and believe me it's incredible! Absolutely delicious and with real depth of flavour and smoothness. I too have tried many many places in Italy and beyond.
