フィードバックを提供するWe walked up to the counter and Cassie had an attitude like we disturbed her. So it took a minute and we ordered. A footlong steak with onions, peppers and pepper jack cheese. Then she tried to say its a Philly and comes with Xtra provolone... well, that's NOT what we ordered. I asked her why she was charging us for a Philly at $3 more when it's NOT what we ordered. We did not order a Philly or provolone. After her attitude, she wrang us up, and she rudely slapped our sandwiches together. I don't appreciate Cassie's attitude, im in there 3 times a week and have never dealt with her. I will NEVER eat in your subway again. If she don't like her job, she needs to find another one. Cassie was very rude
I ordered my usual foot long Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese bread. One of the best sandwiches I have had last night in Florala, AL. Cassy was my sandwich Artist. Excellent, friendly service, the bread was extremely fresh for a sandwich made late in the evening. Highly recommend this store. Excellent job!!
I drove over 10 miles to take advantage of the buy one get one free deal advertised on TV. I followed all the requirements exactly but when I paid for my order I was told I couldn't have the deal because of problems with their ap and there was nothing they could do. Not even an apology for the fraudulent advertising. This has happened before here. Just a rip off. Second and last time I'll go to this Subway.
Server didn't change gloves especially after touching the cash register. Did not change gloves between customers orders.
Despite several attempts to take advantage of the special offers advertised for this area, we've never succeeded—the response is always the same: "We can't do anything about the app or website." The staff never attempts to address the situation; they adopt a "take it or leave it" attitude instead. This indifference from the management and owners towards providing basic customer service is more troubling than their awareness of the ineffectiveness of their website and app without taking any action to improve it. The franchise owner seems aware that they have little competition and takes full advantage of that fact. I prefer to shop locally, even though it often means higher prices, lower quality, and fewer options, as I want to support what little retail and services we have left in Florala. However, I refuse to patronize this Subway or the Gitty-Up and Go gas station due to their smug demeanor and poor customer and community service. I hope others will consider not supporting them as well.
