Church's Chicken - Flomaton

This restaurant offers very poor service, and the food was not cooked properly. The poppers were still cold when they were served to me. The manager on duty was not friendly at all. It took the cashier over 40 minutes to get my food, and all I ordered was chicken and okra. The tea was also served at the wrong temperature. The floor and service counter were very dirty. The kitchen staff were not wearing gloves or aprons, and they were walking around with flour on their clothes. I will never stop at this restaurant again while traveling. I plan to report this establishment to the state inspection. Additionally, I noticed the manager counting cash and leaving money in her purse on the counter while she filled drive-thru orders, which was very unprofessional.

The only thing I enjoyed were the biscuits! The chicken had an unpleasant aftertaste and smelled like dishwater. The mac and cheese was more cheese than noodles, and the fries lacked any flavor. I won't be dining at any Churches again. From now on, I'll be getting my biscuits and chicken from KFC!

The staff was very nice during our stop while driving home. They were friendly and welcoming. The food was enjoyable as well. However, I think the corporate management should consider updating all their locations and buildings.

I had to wait a long time for my food to be prepared. Although they communicated with me through the speaker, they couldn't take my order this way, which added to the wait. This is the second time I've been let down, and I won’t be returning.
