We've been following and eating these tacos since they started at the Flint Farmers Market. We feel that they have let their quality and selection suffer. Miss the fries on the truck. We went to a couple of concerts at the Machine shop and there was only 4 types of tacos and no beef choices. Had the clicker and it was sub par. Cold with pico, cheese, shredded chicken and sauce. Very basic. They have been what I would consider elevated food truck food. Not any more..
The food is truly exceptional, but the service leaves much to be desired. If they put in a little more effort, it could be fantastic.
I ordered the chicken and pulled pork tacos, and they were quite delicious. The weather was lovely for dining outdoors, although we did have a couple of bees that seemed just as interested in the food as we were, haha!
Expensive, but absolutely worth it. The portion sizes are generous, and the quality of the food is excellent. This year, you made some improvements to the menu, which I believe have helped reduce wait times. Highly recommended!
