Really cool experience. Have taken the tours multiple times with family and it is still fun each and every time. Great drinks with an amazing restaurant and outdoor area. If you happen to visit while they have a live band it makes the experience all the better. Only down side it you need to make reservations months in advance if you want to take the free tour that they offer. Highly recommend to any beer extraordinaire.

Favorite brewery experience in North Carolina. It's a massive facility but feels intimate. The restaurant has a deep menu and has a nice variety of American fare. There is an outdoor Cafe where you can buy a limited option of food but nice to have when there is a long wait for the dining room. Massive selection of beers. Huge outdoor space and live music some nights. A must-visit if in the Asheville area.

This brewery is an experience for the whole family. They spared no expense..it is gorgeous. They are environmentally friendly and have use wood from the property throughout the building. The offer guided tours for a small fee that includes a tasting at the end. The restaurant has a nice selection of items. I loved this tour! Big beautiful building, lots to look at and learn about. The tour was very informative and fun, and the beer we tasted was great. Loved learning about how sustainable they are and actually caring about their impact. The food was really good as well. The only thing I'd say that stopped me from giving it 5 stars was that when we were done with the tour the wait for a table to eat was 45 minutes to an hour. Well the beer and the food is amazing. It?s fun to sit by the pizza oven and watch the pretzels being cooked. The kitchen is open and you can watch them as well. The food has been perfectly cooked and seasoned. The tour is fun to go on as well. The only negative I have is the service we have received the last two times we went.
