Chick-fil-a - Fleming Island

Chick-fil-A consistently delivers delicious food. This location, like many others, is always bustling with customers. The staff is friendly and manages the high volume of patrons very effectively.

I'm always pleased when I visit this location. However, I have an update from 2018 to 2022: it seems that the new team may be a bit overwhelmed. This place can get extremely busy, which unfortunately leads to some corners being cut. Nearly every time I place an online order, I find that I'm missing sauces, saltines, or my customization requests (like no pickles, etc.). The food is always cooked properly—not over or underdone—and it tastes great. However, the service doesn't quite meet the Chick-fil-A standards that I’ve come to expect. Despite this, it doesn’t stop me from enjoying my weekly chicken sandwich!

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A location we have ever visited, and we've been to plenty in different states. The drive-thru service is incredibly slow and poorly managed compared to any other fast food place. The staff, mostly surly teenagers, and the drive-thru area were cluttered with their personal belongings stacked on equipment. In three visits, not once did we receive a correct order. If this is your only Chick-fil-A experience, please know that it’s not representative of the brand as a whole.

The food here is almost never fresh or hot. I can not remember the last time I received fresh hot chicken nuggets from here. I feel like I am going to get sick one day from their Luke warm chicken. If requested to make their nuggets well done, so I knowthey?re hot and cooked, they just say they don?t do that, however other locations do? just not this one? the one with cold food.

Chaotic is the word I?d use to describe the drive through. While it does move quickly enough being doubled around the building leaves little room for parking, entering/exiting, and pedestrians. Food itself is hot and fresh.
