Chick-fil-a - Fleming Island

Food is great as always. Service was not super slow. The guys who gave us our food were too busy talking about aqua man and worrying if Jason mamoa would be getting fired than ensuring their paying customer received the correct order. This is why people hold up the entire line to check to see if the food they received is correct before driving off. The whole point of a drive though is for people who are in a hurry to grab food quickly. Service: Take out

Came here at 12:09 pm and this is the most crazy chick felt I have been, even compared to Orlando fl n jax. My son couldn't even play on the playground because the kids worked like crackheads, but that's not the institutions' fault. Trash cans full and a car sue. The problems the setup has. Probably it was just a bad time to come in.

I am sorry to say this location has gone down the tubes, all the tables dirty trash cans full everything is sticky the food was still ok, but the manager and about 7+ employees could not come out to clean tables. The condiment station empty you have to go ask for a ketchup or whatever had to clean my own table the same as 3 folks after us and the store was not full at all. Hope they fix this location and get it back to what it was.

Managers are polite and prompt at correcting order fulfillment mistakes which is good. Overall usually have a good experience at this location?. This last time around took an oddly long time for a salad and two orders of grilled nuggets?. Had to ask if I should pull up because I wasn?t sure why I?d been sitting for 10m and I?m sure others in the drive through assumed I?d made some massive order? Well 15m+ waiting for the salad and grilled chicken just to be completely missing my fries. Not a big deal, but how do you take 15M+ to fulfill an order with 4 total items and miss 1/4 of them? Note my point isn?t so much the literal time, as it is the time in conjunction with still some how messing the order up? Maybe less discussion about who called who ugly recently and more attention to making sure the orders are correct.
