Horrible customer service. Ordered a Mocha and the employee mistook it for an iced coffee with mocha syrup, I patiently corrected her and then she instantly got horrifically angry with me and said that I need to order correctly and got extra pissy when I repeated my order to make sure she understood it all. Later I found that she had stiffed me on one of my bagel minis, which I sure hope wasn't out of spite for our interaction. I had a great experience at this restaurant with the incredibly kind woman at the cash register. She helped me choose a drink for my 76-year-old mother, who has multiple health issues including Lewy Body dementia, Parkinson's, and NPH fluid on the brain. We were on our way to the neurologist, and I wanted to treat her. The woman at the register recommended an iced butter pecan latte (without shots) and decorated it beautifully with swirling whipped cream and a drizzle. My mom absolutely loved it. I also purchased a glazed donut for her, which kept her happily occupied all the way to the doctor's office. The service was quick and efficient, making our visit a pleasant and memorable one.
