フィードバックを提供するThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. I ordered through the drive-thru but encountered rude service when I mentioned I had no cash. The employee became angry, claiming they had informed me that my order couldn’t be placed without payment. To top it off, a coworker tossed my card in my direction, and it ended up on the ground. The employees were unprofessional and seemed to care little about their appearance or how they represent the brand.
When I reached the window, she handed me a bag and said “HERE” in a tone that made it seem like I had somehow taken advantage of them. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she gave me a rather unfriendly look. She was a young blonde woman in her early twenties, and I feel she might not be suited for customer service considering her attitude. I tried to remain polite, as it can be uncomfortable to request a complimentary item, so I don’t understand why she reacted so negatively towards me. I hope this situation is addressed, but who knows what will happen.
This Wendy's has apparently been recently renovated, and it shows! The exterior and interior are both clean, and the service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious, and the bathrooms were very well-maintained.
The restaurant was nice and clean with a friendly staff. the cheeseburger was disappointing, however, that there was so much mayo and ketchup that you could taste nothing else. I was disappointed. parking: parking was clean and comfortable.
Even with the issues they have, they make good food. I've never had any issues with them. Good people, and good way to deal with people if necessary. I can't five a full 5 stars since the issues stated in other reviews, but they to what they can to operate and serve good food.
