フィードバックを提供するI ordered a cup of coffee and have to say I need extra cream to enjoy it, but when I asked for more, the staff member told me it would cost $2.95, which I thought was ridiculous. I've read several reviews and noticed that many people have experienced similar service issues. Is it possible that the same person is providing all this poor service? If they don't improve, they’re going to lose customers!
I tried the meatball and didn’t enjoy it. However, they did make my favorite dish quickly and it was complimentary!
This is my favorite spot in the city! It’s conveniently located inside Target, making it easy for me to stop by after I finish shopping. The staff is always efficient and quick, and they’ve even remembered my usual order! However, I should note that they don’t have a drive-thru since they’re inside Target, so I’m not sure what the other review is referring to.
The way that I am treated at this Starbucks is disgusting. The manager is always rude(tall, white, glasses, female)and makes jokes about my drink. I now get my drink at kiosk in Safeway, then loiter here. The manager saw me on the street, I was waiting at a crosswalk. She was GAWKING harder than she ever has in the store. Once I made eye contact with her, she laughed and continued her staring. Disgusting! I know I'm brown and beautiful, but this is just gross. I will be reporting her to corporate. She has watched and stared at me for too long. You messed with the wrong woman, Starbie's manager.?
Why would you put a closed sign on your drive through window but not block off the actual drive through? People kept coming through like it was actually open. In a fake line for 20 minutes!
