フィードバックを提供するWe stopped in for lunch today when we got into town. My husband and I ordered a lobster roll and a burger to share and cheeseburger kids meals for the kids. The burgers and garlic fries were really good! The lobster roll, not so much. It was literally plain crab, TWO pieces of shrimp (no lobster that we could tell) on spring mix and a plain bun. It had chipotle sauce kinda squeezed on top. Very disappointing for a $21 sandwich. Definitely wouldn't recommend. The service was pretty good. Took a long while to get our beers and the glasses were only 2/3 full . But the server was very nice and he was trying. Overall, wasn't the worst place I'd ever been, but probably wouldn't return.
Interesting menu located downtown, The service was top notch. was short staffed but they made sure of a quality meal.
Online menu prices shown are wrong. I had a chilicheese burger and didn't notice until I got home that the price was $5 higher than what is listed online. Very deceptive and illegal. Burger was good but would have been better at listed price.
After a long days worth of hiking through the Aspens, you'd expect a nice juicy burger to greet you after the miles long of calories lost. Nope! Not here as the only thing that greeted me was an empty stomach and dreams. The restaurant was pretty much half full, but only running two servers. I don't blame the servers as they were doing they're best to keep up but management themselves. It's a Saturday afternoon, where Downtown Flagstaff is full of hungry hikers, students, and tourists but managed to only have two servers?! Cmon, now! Either have incentives for employees to come-in or simply double schedule other staff as you know you'll have call outs. We eventually waited 25mins without being acknowledged and left seeing they were understaffed. We went next door to Diablo and boy those burgers were good (that in another review ....
Poor service. Poor communication. No organization whatsoever! Walked in for a bite and was advised to grab a table and we 'll be serviced shortly. As we approached an empty table a waiter informed us that there would be a 10-15 min wait and we had to put our names on the list; we were ok with this and headed back to the host stand. Once arriving at the host stand we noticed the names and numbers of future guest were written on pieces of paper and napkins. How would you know which guest was next or had already been serviced? Still we gave them a shot and decided to walk around and take in the sights and shops while we waited for a text . After 20 min with no text we walked back to the restaurant to check our status to find they forgot about us and stated there would be another wait as they had no tables! This experience was not during high peak times nor was it busy. Perhaps this lack of communication and order comes from limited employees but with proper training this can be avoided. Our party left and went across the street to Charley 's where we were immediately greeted and serviced by a great staff. This review was written the following day and we still received no text .
