Del Taco - Flagstaff

Over the years I 've spent a LOT of money at this location, and honestly there is about a 30% chance they will find a way to mess up your order, usually by omitting items. As I primarily get takeout and live far away, this leads to a lot of frustration. My latest trip I purchased two Double Del Cheeseburgers which each had only 1 patty, were not served in a box, and were smashed and crumpled. We were missing one taco which was somewhat expected and the Red Green Smothered Tamales were a soupy, soggy, cold mess. Frequently, staff at the drive through window are visibly sick, coughing, without masks, and seem miserable. Won 't likely be back.

Stopped here for a quick snack after getting gas at the Chevron. We went through the drive thru and were a little irritated because no one took our order for about a minute, but once we ordered and got to the window, we noticed the girl working was running the front register and the drive thru. She was very friendly and our food came out quickly and correctly. We got large fries and a cheddar quesadilla. Both were hot and fresh as Del . We would definitely stop here again.

Would not let us order. waits for workers to order our order from the running gear thru loudspeaker box, for no less than 10 minutes. no one answered, then the car got behind an immediate answer.

I have been coming to this del taco since the opening. I love del taco, but today's experience has taught me that their employees do not appreciate their jobs or their customers. the white colored hairy girl and the big thin girl would not answer my question about the price difference from the pass menu and what she wanted to charge me. there was a difference of $2.06. when I asked, “The answer was: “Do you want it or not?” they repeated it several times. they would not answer the question or give me their names. the manager sonia should know how their employees treat customers. that was the rude experience I've ever had. I couldn't post without giving a star. it should be -1!

Del taco have some great selection of fast Mexican foods such as soft tacos, hard shell tacos, a lot of burritos and even fries! great for late night drive thru and do not forget taco Tuesdays! you eat is delicious with any soft drink, limonade or tee! they can also dip when they choose. beautiful play area for children too. bathroom are always clean.
