フィードバックを提供するReceived completely wrong order. Burger was dry and tiny. Chicken nuggets squishy, flavorless, fries needed more salt. Very disappointing.
This burger king needs to learn ADA compliance and better customer service! Thus burger king is terrible! My husband whom is PROFOUNDLY DEAF went in this morning to order breakfast and the punk behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. My husband asked him to please write down what he was asking/saying to him and this punk threatened him with the police. My husband is a 25 year veteran who has lost his hearing during service and with covid. This is completely unacceptable! No one wears name tags so this whole staff including the district manager is in for it. They will LEARN what ADA compliance means. I will be filing an ADA complaint due to the simple fact that they do not return calls. Thank you for NOT doing your jobs!
First of all, those original chick sandwiches are the bomb. I wish I could get one. Every time I go there, I need to have exact change or a credit card. Why? Can your employees not count? Are you short staffed? Is there no cash drawer? What is going on? Not just once, but like 4-5 times!
The customer service is good. But unfortunately the request of the order didn't come out so well. I requested a cheeseburger with just cheese nothing else on it . got a cheeseburger with cheese pickles mustard and ketchup. My son is unable to have red dye. The hamburgers the cheese wasn't even melted it was still cold so the experience overall was not that great.I suggest checking your order after you exit the drive thru.
They have made our order wrong, and as always it was best lukewarm. burger king sounds theoretically good, I loved burger king. that does not seem to be the case in recent years, and that is burger king in many different states.
