My husband and I ordered the NextGen burger with a gluten-free bun, opting for the vegan option. Each burger cost around $15, but unfortunately, it was very plain tasting, reminiscent of the old school veggie burgers with visible chunks of carrots. The accompanying fries were small and served cold, making this one of the most disappointing burger and fries meals I've ever had. However, I will give them credit for having decent beer, a great ambiance, and for offering vegan options. Overall, though, it was a bit underwhelming.
The waitress said, even if there are vegan protein and vegan cheese, nothing can be made fully vegan, except salat. the rolls are obviously not vegan.
My man and I have the nextgen burger. with the gluten-free bread (the vegan option), each burger was about $15 (for just a simple burger, no cheese, avocado, etc. it was overly dirty and tasted like the old school veggie burger, where you can see shredded from carrots in it. with a small and cold serving by fritten it was one of the most overwhelming burgers and fries experiences of my life. points because 1. they had decent beer, 2. the ambiente is big and 3. I love that they offer at least vegan options, but generally large ol’ meh.
They use a company called nexveg for their burger and I can't say I'm a fan of this style. it is too generic tasting for me. I also went there early so that the place was empty and she still managed to serve my food cold. the personal was friendly, so I give them another chance next time in flagstaff.
