Carmens By The Park - FIVE DOCK

I had the worst customer service experience ever at this restaurant. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They even told us we should never come back after they rushed us during our private event. One of our guests had to take orders for tea and coffee instead of using one of their many employees. Additionally, guests were pushed aside to move people along more quickly. Despite discussing our seating arrangements in advance, they did not follow through, giving us a smaller room for our event and placing individuals who were not part of our meeting in our private space. It was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Small group of us for birthday dinner. birthday girl had ravioli (vegetarian court,) one of us had the sole, 3 of us had lamb wellington with maische, erbsengravt. so tasty on a wet, cold Sunday. Lamb was melted in mouth, delicious and very fill. also other dishes enjoyed by others. we followed with cuppacinos other drinks, brought our own birthday cakes over Greek sweets, which seemed not a problem for the personal. However, the reduction of stars on a witness is on the bill. we were charged extra $20? for ice cream 3 extra cuppacino s. alerted carmen to discrepancies that sort something with girls who took our order (that it was accidentally added by other table) but no apology at all. the glitter has ordered us into the work of our bill/the what, awhile, and one of our group heard carmen say to come with him as she passed. what a shame that our tasty meal has been pampered with us by the restaurant owner, the fault of their own personal! I am a member of the tigers club and probably for other reasons to go there, but my four friends no longer said.

A small group gathered for a birthday dinner. The birthday girl enjoyed the ravioli, which was a vegetarian option. One person opted for the sole, while three of us chose the Lamb Wellington, accompanied by mashed potatoes and peas.

The first thing that strikes you is the fantastic location, offering a beautiful view of Five Dock bay. Next, the staff is incredibly welcoming, starting with Carmen herself. I learned that her family hails from Sicily, Italy, which guarantees an authentic dining experience. With so many tempting options on the menu, it was tough to decide, but I followed Carmen's recommendations. I started with the Zucchini Flowers and then had the Cozze Pazzi Mussels. I was pleasantly surprised by the zucchini flowers; they were deep-fried but not at all oily, and they were stuffed with melted cheese – absolutely delicious! The mussels were served in a tureen with a rich Napolitano (tomato) sauce and covered with pizza – a truly unique and delightful dish. What an experience! I highly recommend this restaurant!
