Summer St. Cafe - Fitchburg

Ging this morning for the first time with some friends who are regular. It was very busy, which is a good sign. Saw at the counter to avoid waiting. I have a fast friendly service. I had the Daria Scramble that was excellent. Fresh eggs, peppers, onions and cheeses over domestic frits. The food came out hot. Even my last bite was still warm, which is usually not the case for other breakfast places. I will definitely return.

Always great food and friendly service, the go-to spot for me and my family for breakfast and lunch.

Above and beyond service. My husband and I went for breakfast yesterday. The elderly couple next to us was preparing to leave. One of the servers stopped what he was doing and physically lifted the gentleman to his feet and helped him with his coat. As we were leaving the parking lot, we saw him getting into the couple's van to bring it to the door for them. Later that day my parents visited for lunch and said they saw the same server assisting an elderly customer to their mart bus. By the way, the food is great, reasonably priced, served hot and quickly. Thank you for the consistent service.

So glad we decided to try Summer Street Cafe when we did. They have the best food hands down. Not just breakfast. Their lunch items are delicious too. All items are very reasonably priced as well. Together with their very pleasant waitstaff and perfect coffee, you will never leave this diner hungry. Come in for a meal and you'll be glad you did!!

My number one local breakfast spot! Even if there may be a small wait sometimes, its worth the wait! Fresh, hot and yummy food. I don't make it to lunch often but the few times I have, its also been good. I love the crispy fries!
