Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fitchburg

It's disappointing to see people who are too lazy to get their own food complaining about issues that are really related to delivery services, or trivial matters like "the drive-thru microphone was broken, so I couldn't eat here." Have you ever thought about going inside? Regardless, this is the best Popeyes I've ever visited. The staff is fantastic. In particular, Marina has taken my order a few times and she is incredibly sweet, nice, and attentive. I hope she is being treated well by the management. I wish I knew more of the staff members' names because they all do an excellent job. The quality and consistency here definitely surpasses the Chick-fil-A on the west side.

I have never experienced as much trouble with a restaurant as I have with this Popeyes location. Out of my last four orders, three never arrived, and the one that did was a reorder after the first one didn't show up—and it was entirely the wrong order. It seems that employees don’t verify orders before handing them over to people posing as DoorDash drivers, and it's the customers who end up suffering. To make matters worse, this location never answers the phone in the evenings. It feels like management doesn’t care. It’s really disappointing because I love Popeyes food, but I won't be giving them a fifth chance to let me down.

I enjoy Popeyes chicken, but I really dislike having to pay extra for the sauces. At most fast food places, sauces are typically provided for free, but at Popeyes, customers are charged for them. Plus, their chicken isn't exactly inexpensive either.

I like Popeye's chicken, but hate the fact that I have to pay for the sauces. Everywhere you go in the fast food business, sauces are given free. Only at Popeyes is the customer charged for the sauces. Besides Popeyes Chicken is not cheap

Good food. Usually not busy. If they get the orders out quickly. I go through the drive thru, but the offer in the shop order. Open late, which is great.
