Taco Bell - Fitchburg

I ordered a fight about 15 minutes ago. I missed two things on my order. I called this place and asked if I could fix my order. You said sad wrong number. Three checked the number. Not the wrong number. Called my friend. Yeah, his Tacoglocke. I called, they said hello taco bell. Not good business practice

Why did I pay for the party pack for $15.00, and there is no chicken if my brother in the law also ask for chicken, and there is no chicken, but still additional beef? but no chicken and if there are 15 doller for the extra chicken, they should put it there because I don't see anything but regular nachos We came there at 19:15 and no chicken, whatever, than those. Bill is that high a price they fall orders and not fraud customers

The food was good and as ordered, but the lady who took the order on two different occasions was very rude and impatient. I love Taco bell, but I choose a different place from now on. I don't want an attitude to my Taco thank you.

I've sat in the drive through for longer than 30 minutes on multiple occasions. I think my record was 45 minutes, and didn't even get an apology. Lucky for them I'm addicted to Taco Bell. Unacceptable for a fast food place. Don't understand how they can't improve efficiencies when this has been a problem for at least a year.
