フィードバックを提供するToday, on September 7th, I visited Smoothie King for the first time and had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the manager. He is truly the best manager I've ever encountered. It's hard to believe I just met him, but I already have such a great admiration for him. I’ll be sad to say goodbye!
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. All the staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!
I've been visiting the Smoothie King on Stretch 9 nearly every day for the past six years, so I was really excited when this location opened. Unfortunately, I have to say that both locations have really declined over the past year to year and a half. The staff at this Walmart location are often rude and dismissive, making it an unpleasant experience for customers. Additionally, the quality of the smoothies has significantly dropped; they are frequently poorly made and don't taste nearly as good as they used to. I always seem to end up with subpar smoothies. It’s disappointing because Smoothie King has been a go-to spot for me and my friends and family for years. I’ve decided to stop going—I feel it's not worth the money for a substandard product that no longer lives up to the standards I once loved.
I go to this location every single day. They are great people. And always have great customer service. Today I order my usual but they accidentally put bananas in it (and I hate bananas) so I went inside and they remade it for me. I asked them if I should throw out the other shake she said yes. My special self accidentally threw away the shake they just remade me, instead of the one with bananas in it. Luckily that was the only thing in that garbage, it was just changed. But the woman(worker) insisted on making me ANOTHER shake. I said I truly appreciate that but it’s unnecessary it’s a perfectly good shake I don’t wanna waste another. Moral of the story is, The customer service I receive there is impeccable. Highly recommend this location.
I was first denied service at 8:45 PM from this location because they had “technical difficulties” saying their computers were down. As I approached the window I witnessed the sales associates laughing thinking that it was funny I wasn’t able to receive service? Very unprofessional I’m disgusted and I go to Smoothie King almost everyday….
