フィードバックを提供するI visited the restaurant for lunch on Saturday at 11:44. I was looking forward to trying the new steak, but it wasn't ready yet. Next, I ordered a fountain drink, only to be informed that there was no ice. Fine, I opted for water instead, but there was none cold in the fridge, just warm water that was brought out from behind the counter. The restaurant had been open for over an hour, yet it seemed completely unprepared to serve customers. They really need to reconsider their management; it’s clear that the manager is not doing their job effectively.
This place is absolutely terrible! Owners/management, you should be ashamed for allowing such careless staff to work here. It doesn’t matter who they are, but especially since I had children with me, we shouldn’t have to endure an atmosphere filled with such chaos and inappropriate behavior while trying to order food. The staff played the loudest, most obnoxious music I’ve ever heard. I refuse to subject myself and my children to this regrettable experience. Is this what you consider acceptable? I will never return to this establishment, and I will make sure everyone knows about it. What a shame! The cleanliness of the food here is concerning; I was genuinely worried about getting sick. The place is utterly dirty. I had to use hand sanitizer on the napkins just to wipe down my table before eating.
While I was waiting for my bowl, they ran out of the hunch, so I opted for steak instead. When I asked for a little extra, the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes and ignored me, despite giving me four pieces of steak. I was really disappointed with the service here.
This place was my favorite place. after the experience of today I changed my mind. at 2 o'clock I stopped ordering 3 dishes. while I was able to hear different songs in line 2. 1 of the Chipotle speakers and the other of a worker? the playlist. the playlist has blurred a tonne fluchworte. I saw how the staff worked. it seemed to me it was difficult for the workers in the front line to hear the commands. finally? I ordered 1 bowl to double meat with 2 different meats. the server was not happy when I mentioned that she did not give a double meat and that she gave half 1 meat and half the other meat. as a more common customer, I was aware that double meat was extra. we wanted to pay extra. the same server seemed to post an employment with me. after home. it appeared the same server put extra sharp sauce on all 3 of my orders. 1 bowl was meant for my children. now we have 3 dishes with extra spicy sauce, which none of us can enjoy. $40 down. we are very disappointed. the server was older women wearing a homemade fabric mask. only fyi, I tried to call this place 3 times to talk to a manager, but nobody answered. So here I am. a man appeared a few times during my waiting period with a black chef?s shirt. I don't know if he's the manager. the service I received today was unacceptable.
The whole store is just nasty. Food leftovers on the tables, dinning floors. The kitchen floor is covered with foot stuff. The employees dumped my rice chicken and beans, salad and tomato?s like garbage in my bowl. I should have just left the store but I was shocked and needed time to process. When I got home I just dumped the food. It?s just unbelievable that anyone just go there .
