Shake Cafe - Firenze

If you are trying to have a sit and order here with English, you should avoid this place I was completely ‘discriminated’ (15th, Aug., around 12pm) I’m Korean and was looking for a quick breakfast meal. I asked a staff if I could sit on a table outside which was clearly empty, but she said she couldn’t speak nor understand English. What’s interesting here is that she answered all of my questions with FLUENT ‘ENGLISH’ though she said she doesn’t speak any. It’s such a shame I don’t remeber her name but she had dreadlocks. you should check your email. I have attached some pictures Also it’s actually non-sense that I cannot use a table bcs she doesn’t understand English in Italy. Plus, other people sitting on the table were clearly speaking English! Haha 가지마세요 인종차별 식당 자리 있냐고 영어로 물어보니 영어 이해 못하고 말 못한다는걸 영어로 답변함 옆에서 영어로 주문한 듯 보이는 외국인 3명이 상황 이해하고 희한하게 생각했을 정돟ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 똑같은 질문으로 옆 식당가서는 문제없이 착석했네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Un posto totalmente diverso da altri negozi! Ci vediamo, ci vediamo, ci vediamo e ci vediamo. Se non sapete come la gentilezza si può ottenere il vostro ordine, si può ordinare nel prossimo caffè come una frase come così gentile personale troppo bene e bene! Non andare e basta! Che esperienza fantastica che non ho mai avuto!

Shake Café is a great spot to grab a quick lunch for the go! I made my own customized salad and it was very delicious. The ingredients are very fresh and my salad hit the spot. Shake Café was very busy when I went around 1pm so I won't lie the service was a little slow but the food was worth the wait. Their shops are always clean and if you find a place to seat inside the place itself is very pretty. You can also take your food to go which is what I did and the staff gave me a plate, napkins, utensils, and a bag to take my salad in which I thought was convenient. They have a big menu so salads are not their only thing! They also have pastries, smoothies, coffee, wraps and açaí bowls. Will definitely be coming back to try their other products as well!!!

Good if you need a quick coffee. I’ve noticed if a specific barista is working then my coffees are only good when he makes them. Also every time I order food the staff makes it seem like an inconvenience. No one really seems to know what they’re doing.

It’s Cafe with very limited seating I ordered for A make your own chicken salad bowl Chia seed pudding and Cafe latte The chicken bowl was nice they serve the chicken leg piece they don’t have breast options I believe the Cafe late was not that great but they have almond milk option so I opted for that the raspberry chocolate chia seed pudding was nice
