We leave the hotel to take a walk, and look for a place where to start our Florentine tour. We pass in front of the room, the environment is inviting: discreet elegance and a sense of...home. Let's go in. The room is young, prepared, friendly and welcoming. The kitchen can be seen in the succulent dishes: precise, elegant and genuine. We took a tartare with black truffle (flat off menu as an appetizer to share and the peposo accompanied by purè and cicoria repassed, all combined with a Chardonnay glass of their production. Fantastic meat and treated with “white gloves” and pampered by the brigade. I had lunch in the last Florentine stay, I wanted to try the detachment of the borro aretino. good environment and great food. I took the dishes of the day, a delicious salad but above all the spaghetto was of excellent invoice. choose the wines of their production, especially recommend the borro bubbles. only neo: in the hall we were only 3 tables of 2 occupied, why did they put us all close? given the period it would have been better to leave an empty table among the various couples.

What a relaxed lunch in a cozy atmosphere! we started with a small aperitif to enjoy the sunny day and then we went to lunch. I loved her re-interpretation of lampredotto, the typical Florentine food.
