Caffe San Firenze

Sincerely the Moroccan tea was delicious, but the rest was a little expensive. I'm sure it's due to the location and quality they want to promise to customers, but I didn't feel like I was paying a service for what it was. I hope to put my word back, also because the staff made me feel good!

The server was very rude and they overpriced the food by taping anything on the check. When I said something about it I was sent away with disregard. Don’t waste your time or money

Staff is super rude, they had tables open but wouldn’t seat us. Even their own customers felt bad and were willing to give us their table.

This pastry shop is very touristic especially when it comes to prices It is quite the most expensive in Florence Besides the staff is not so friendly . Even though the croissant and the coffee are good but many other pastry shops in Florence offer more for less;.The way you receive and welcome people is what really counts in the end . Friendly staff is the key to success for almost all activities I don’t recommend it for the valid reasons mentioned above.
