Pizza Factory - Firebaugh

Bad communication with customers and they never answer their phones waited 1 hour for 2 big pizzas when they told me that it would wait a 25 to 30 minutes and they wouldn't even look so busy.

Good pizza there and super sandwich is my favorite!!

For $31 plus $5 tip the overpriced grandest pizza ever had. Order the first and last of this chain. Based on reviews ordered and obviously the reviews must be of people who have never eaten a pizza. Soggy terrible crust. Disgusting sauce. This pizzeria was so bad I got the first review.

ATT: Prices are more than what they?re shown online, I hardly come here but when I do, staff is very under knowledges to the point where it?s offensive to ask a question about the prices? The prices are very different from what is shown online (F.Y.I. so after asking all that without a response, the short colored eyed Hispanic walked away very disrespectfully in middle of my question about the price, after it was found wrong by the knowledgeable manager I was given my money back for the extra charges that don?t show up on recipes. ATT: they do not show price of item on receipt so they could charge you incorrectly please verify if you?re rich give an extra tip so don?t charge us folk so expensive for something we didn?t get, it was not a mistake FYI cause I double check with the crew members that was corrected by me& the manager incharge, i hope no one gets overpriced for something they didn?t purchase.

Good pizza, I got the extra large 3 item for $28, be warned and order delivery early, they don't deliver after 8, so I had to pick it up. I forgot to take pictures before I ate it, I was at work and starving lol.
