Wendy's - Findlay

I was there twice in the last six months and both males the service is terrible. they take an order to a time in the journey then wait until this person takes their food before they order another. I thought the staff was low, so waits are longer, I understand. I ordered a huh nugget kids meal for my 6 year. he takes a bite after we're out of line and says it's too sharp. they gave him sharp nuggets. in a child's meal. I ordered 3 friosties and asked if I could get spoons, there were no one in the pocket. She looks like I had 3 heads and says I don't think we had spoons, but I'm asking (they acted as if I were crazy about spoons.) 5 minutes later she's back at the window and says they don't have spoons. she says I gave you a stumbling. let them melt a little and they will be like milkshakes.

Ordered forward, second in the line, lasted 42 minutes to get my order and that was the last time. have spent over an hour in the line. I wouldn't go back there. Well, it made the mistake of going to breakfast today. a person was at the window when I raised. sa 12 minutes in order box, no one said anything. I hate this place.

Sa at the window waiting for food forever. by now they can fight the employees here to pay and cause each other. generic manger is rude, should probably not work there, she is definitiw not someone I charge for when I own it, but the young who work the window were nice and professional in view of the circumstances they probably need an increase/ promotion. general manager or whatever she probably needs fired

Had to order the original 2 fry’s we ordered back. but that was completely ok for the fresh fries and they also filled the karton with em. thank you.

There were 8 people in line, with no one inside ordering, and 3 customers left because the wait was so long. I understand that understaffed kitchens can be slow, but an hour wait is unacceptable. If you're a DoorDasher looking to maintain good ratings and earn money, I strongly advise against taking orders from this restaurant.
