Topkapi Kebab House - Fife

I don’t usually review food but feel like I didn’t get my moneys worth. I ordered 2 x large hoagie wraps and they were perfect, two boys are stuffed and happy however I ordered a chicken kebab and the chicken was so thin I actually had mistaken it for Donner meat. It was lukewarm when it came which put me off as chicken has to be heated to at least 75-95 degrees to be safe to eat. Not sure if it was a busy day in kitchen or I just got the end of the kebab so it was thin but don’t think it’s fair to spend nearly 30 pounds on an order and my food isn’t hot enough and it’s barely chunks of chicken Requested a refund for the tikka.

Phoned the restaurant and all he could say was “we are really busy” spent £30 on food that took over 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold. Avoid!

Order this regularly and really disappointed tonight, no chilli sauce or garlic mayo even though I ordered it and normally the salad is separate. Not sure if it was a different chef but nowhere near the usual standard

Food was nice .but wasn’t very warm .had to put in oven to heat the food up .

Food was delivered cold and pitta bread was so greasy. UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED! Sorry but won't be having any more of your food again if it keeps getting delivered cold!
