Gennaros Fish - Fife

I usually enjoy getting my fish supper at this restaurant, but I was taken aback when I was asked to pay an extra 70p for a small tub of brown sauce. I had specifically requested only a small amount of sauce when ordering, and a tub was suggested to me, to which I agreed. However, I was surprised to see the charge for it on the bill. I have never heard of a chip shop charging for brown sauce before. I voiced my concerns and the charge for the sauce was removed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this chip shop after being a customer for years. It's disappointing, but I cannot support a business that operates in this way.

Once again this disappointing little fish and chip shop disappoints, I decided to give it another chance after waiting 2 hours for a delivery last time, but unfortunately they are still terrible. It might be understandable if the food was excellent, but it's not. I would recommend avoiding this place.

The pizza at this restaurant is always great, with excellent service. The food is always hot and delivered on time. This is my favorite pizza place, it's delicious!

Went today for takeaway Grown men standing outside shop obviously under the influence felt really vulnerable managed to get into the shop to which a man came in accusing me of jumping the que I felt absolutely intimidated and nothing was said by management I left annoyed without any food and again on leaving had to try and get safely away from those outside Management quite happy for them to be standing there as they are obviously more concerned about the money rather than safety if their customers

Food was poor and barely hot if this is their norm doubt if we’ll give this place another shot when there are so many others to try. Disappointing!
