Burntisland Golf House Club - Fife

Went for steak night but extremely disappointed. Asked for medium steak but was more rare.Few soggy chips, hard peas and two underdone soggy onion rings. No salad as advertsed. Food was also cold. Asked for a prosecco and was told had no cold ones . Was given small one off top shelf behind bar but when I opened it it was completely flat and very yellow so I think it must have been on the shelf a long while! Lady opened big bottle which again came from top shelf so was not cold but was bubbly. Can't believe there was no bottles in wine fridge. Sticky toffee pudding was good though. Seeing as there was just one other couple in the restaurant there really was no excuse for steak meal being so poor as kitchen not rushed. Won't be rushing back!!!

Today, a group of 17 of us had lunch at this restaurant and it was fantastic. The appetizers, main dishes, and desserts were all delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was lively. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend the Burntisland Golf House Club.

After finishing our round of golf, we headed to the bar and dining area where a carvery was set up that day. The meal was delicious, with tasty cuts of meat and a variety of vegetables, roasties, potatoes, and Yorkshire puddings available. The staff were polite, well-dressed, and efficient. The dining area was spacious and well-organized. The bathrooms were also clean.

Excellent food, reasonable prices, superb service! A great place for dinner as food is always delicious

Played on 12/04/17 very friendly pro shop and members we met were welcoming and friendly. Course in great condition and well looked after, even with a gusting wind was very playable. Would recommend as a fair challenge, couple of blind shots for some holes so would be worth a visit or two just to get it right. Will definately be back.
