Ordered a Breakfast Platter with both sausage and bacon bacon was missing potatoes were soggy with grease no butter pancakes was like eating rubber Jack in the Box should do much better than this

There was no cheese on the chicken sandwich, fries werent cooked all the way, cold as ice

The tacos are fantastic, and the onion rings are excellent! I really enjoyed the shake as well, and I would definitely recommend trying the burger.

I found the Monster Tacos (two), Breakfast Taco, and chicken wrap to be overly greasy. I usually love your tacos, so I expected better. The curly fries tasted stale. However, the Jumbo Egg Rolls (three) and pumpkin croissant bites were fantastic!

The only highlight of the meal was the Ultimate Cheeseburger, which was tasty. After working two jobs today, I was really looking forward to not having to cook, so being let down by my order was quite frustrating. On top of that, I paid higher prices and extra fees for the convenience, so it’s unacceptable to receive food I can hardly eat. This isn’t my first negative experience with this restaurant, and while I attempt to give places a second chance, I won’t be ordering from here again.
