The setting is beautiful, one of the staff, a lady who seems to do everything was nice. But that’s it. The website claims there is breakfast, lunch and dinner service but we were only provided with breakfast. Whenever we enquired about lunch or dinner, we were told the kitchen was closed. There was no one to check us in or out; The wifi only worked in the reception area; the toilet sometimes flushed, sometimes didn’t; there were barely any staff that I had scour cupboards in hallways looking for bottled water; the small fridges in the rooms were a joke. The truth is that it is a place with a lot of personality. Very comfortable. The attention of the staff is great and attentive. The ideal and complete breakfast. At night somewhat desolate. Overall, it was a good experience. The place is beautiful and breakfast is delicious (also the lady serving is very nice). The rooms are finely furnished and the garden is wonderful. It’s a few minutes away from the center of Ferreries by car. The only downside was customer service: absolutely terrible. When we got there, there was no one greeting us, so we were forced to wait outside the building for more than one hour.
