I love cold stone the employees are always friendly and I appreciate that!! Everything is so good, especially the birthday cakeshake and the mango smoothies!

This place is awesome. I have been going here since I was younger whenever I came here to visit my Nana in Fernandina. It definitely holds a special place in my heart.

Just left the Coldstone on Sadler in Fernandina Beach.  Had to write a review about the service.   From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with the most welcoming voices eyes that smiled so bright you could tell she had an overwhelming smile underneath that mask.  Her name tag said Kate.  She was such a warm, inviting,  courteous person who displayed IMPECCABLE customer service.   So much so after I left I doubled back to get her full name (Kate Kinsey) immediately went to the company website and sent a positive customer service response. In a world full of uncertainty we all should be a Kate Kinsey.   I wish her all the best in her future endeavors.   I suspect anything she does she will shine bright doing so.  Well done, Kate!?
