Ramen Fermoy

Have travelled the world and now living in London, arrived in Fermoy visiting family, Wow what a gem !! The decor reflects the food vibrant and fresh, we had the duck spring rolls that were freshly made full of flavour with a lovely light crunch and fried in light clean oil served with a homemade sweet chilli jam , Delicious. Then we had the Chicken Phad Thai with the ribbon noodles and fresh stirfry vege, very satisfying with all the textures and flavours combined. I had the Ramen Super Soup with chicken it was everything I'd hoped for and more, fresh delicately crunchy tangy spicy with fine rice vermicilly perfectly cooked garnished in the traditional way with fresh Coriander and finely chopped red chilli. The service was excellent safe covid checked etc, friendly polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend Ramen for a healthy satisfying meal and healthy portion size as well, also great for people watching, on the corner of the main square. Absolutely Top Marks
